What if my shipping country isn't listed during checkout?
We try to ship to as many places as we can - if you can't find your country at the time of checkout, email info@zerno.co and we will coordinate with our shipping partner to accommodate shipping your location if possible.
What happens if I join the waitlist but don't place a preorder?
Your waitlist position will be held for following preorder events - Every event that you do not participate will put you closer to the front of the waitlist line
How often are Preorder events held?
We host preorder events once per quarter, but it can vary depending on production capability.
When is the next Preorder event?
The next Preorder event starts November 15th, 2024
How long after I place my preorder do I receive my grinder?
Current production lead times are 6 months, but are scaling manufacturing capabilities to significantly lower lead times

Pricing starts at $1,349 USD before shipping and upgrades
