
You Can Now Edit Orders Inside Your Zerno Account

You asked and we listened! We made it easy and simple for you to be able to make changes to your Z1 order directly inside of your Zerno account—Including shipping details, contact info, and order items.
Instructions:
Step 1: Login to your Zerno Account & click on your order on your account dashboard
Step 2: Find the 'Make Changes To Your Order' section & select the type of change you want to make
Step 3: Hit 'Save'. You will receive an email detailing the change(s), along with any additional information you will need.

Change The Items In Your Order
Adding Items:
If you want to add an item to your order, you need to search for the individual item. If you cant find it, go to store.zerno.co, find the item in our store, and copy/paste the name. Once the item is added, you will receive an email with an invoice to submit payment. If you cannot find the item you want to add, email our team at info@zerno.co.
Removing Items & Refunds:
Contact info@zerno.co to remove an item from your order—Our team will assist with the update and issue a refund to your original payment method.
