
How To Change The Items In Your Order - Zerno Order Editing Tutorial

Did you know?
You can edit your order directly inside of your Zerno Account. The deadline for making changes to your Z1 order is 5 days after receiving your order finalization email.
This tutorial will show you how to change the items in your order:
Step 1: Login to your Zerno Account & click on your order on your account dashboard
Step 2: Select the 'Change Product Quantity' dropdown menu under the 'Make Changes To Your Order' section.
Step 3: Select the 'trash bin' icon next to the item that you want to remove from your order and select 'yes, I'm sure'. Note: A store credit will be applied to your account in the amount of the item.
Step 4: Select the 'Add Product' dropdown menu, and use the search field to find and select the item you want to add. Select the 'Add' button.
Note: If the amount of the item you added exceeds the store credit that was added to your account, then you will receive an email to submit payment for the balance owed. You can also submit payment directly inside of the order details.
