Zerno Z1 Update: A Bigger Funnel, A Better Workflow

If you’ve been following Zerno for a while, you probably know that we are obsessed with refining the home barista experience. That’s why we’re excited to introduce an updated iteration of our funnel, designed to make your workflow smoother and more functional.

What’s New?

• Larger Funnel Diameter – We’ve increased the funnel size to match the diameter of the dosing cup, allowing you to grind and transfer more beans.

• Functional Funnel Cap – Your funnel cap is no longer just a cover. Now, you can place it on top of the dosing cup and use it as a shaker for better distribution and more even extraction

Why It Matters

This update isn’t just about aesthetics—it’s about workflow optimization. By aligning the funnel size with the dosing cup, we’re eliminating unnecessary steps and making your coffee ritual more efficient. And with the added ability to shake and distribute your grounds directly in the cup, you get better consistency, with fewer tools and less hassle.

This is a free upgrade for all future Z1 orders. If you’re already a Z1 owner, the updated funnel is available at the Zerno Online Store.

Note: Existing Z1 users purchasing a funnel cap will need the new funnel in order for the cap to be compatible.
